Featuring cherry jalapeño chutney, pepper jack cheese, shredded pickles, haystack onions and smoked habanero sauce, the burger has “got some heat behind it,” said Jason Ritsema, general manager. “People love it.”The Cambodian Heat is one of 10 burgers at Turnstiles, which opened last year at 526 Stocking Ave. NW and features beer, craft cocktails and live music.
