Pistons Cade Cunningham returns to Comerica Park, throws out first pitch
DETROIT -- Earlier this month, new Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham soaked in the chants of “We want Cade” at Comerica Park. Now the Motor City has gotten their guy after the Pistons selected Cunningham with the first overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. To celebrate Cunningham visited Comerica once again where he threw out the first pitch to the Detroit Tigers 2018 first overall pick, Casey Mize. Donning a custom Tigers jersey, Cunningham took the mound as the Tigers showed footage from last night’s festivities on its jumbotron. Then Cunningham set up for the pitch before pivoting to throw the ball to Mize who was waiting at home plate.

Beyond Meat Alternative meat company Beyond Meat's stock jumped 18.4% after Starbucks announced plans to add more plant-based items to its menu. The company reported 34 cents of adjusted earnings per share and $59.9 million of revenue. Analysts expected 30 cents in earnings per share and $61.3 million in revenue, according to Refinitiv.
