Lincoln high school goes virtual for two days after gun threat
A Lincoln high school student told administrators that a 16-year-old boy in her class flashed a gun at her and threatened to pistol-whip her. At least two students said they had seen what they described as a pistol. The incident put Lincoln High School into a brief lockdown.

YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A teen was arrested Friday in connection with an alleged attack on a bus headed to a Ypsilanti Township school. The teen is facing two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property.

YPSILANTI, Mich. Ivory Traylor still cant get the images of his 15-year-old son lying unconscious out of his mind. The Lincoln High School sophomore was allegedly knocked out cold by a 17-year-old senior while on the way to the Ypsilanti school. Traylor said his son was beaten so badly that he didnt know who his parents were. When the teen was knocked unconscious, the bus driver allegedly proceeded on their normal route like nothing ever happened. The Lincoln Consolidated School District did release a statement online informing parents about the incident but would not comment on if the student or school bus driver faced any disciplinary action.
