Military aircraft landing on U.P. highway postponed

During the closure, eight A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft, a MC-12W aircraft and a U-28A aircraft will land on the highway to demonstrate engine-running refueling and munitions loading in austere environments. The event is hosted by Michigan Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command, the Michigan Department of Transportation and local agencies.
