Getting outside or to the gym to exercise has been challenging for many amid the COVID-19 pandemic. If working out is important because youโd like to lose weight, one doctor says you can skip the gym and still be successful in shedding pounds. โLive in the Dโ host Jason Carr spoke with Dr. Geri Williams, who said if you want to lose weight, itโs 80% to 90% about the type of food you put in your body. She added that exercise is very beneficial when it comes to health, but it isnโt the main driving factor in weight loss. Williams said people who work with the Ideal You program can lose up to 40 pounds in 40 days.

Wolfsburg says the 25-year-old Brazilian started feeling symptoms on Sunday and asked the club for a test. He is now in isolation at home and will also miss Saturdayโs game against Stuttgart and a German Cup game next week against second-division club Sandhausen. William played briefly as a substitute in Wolfsburgโs 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Friday as the club moved up to fourth place in the league. Wolfsburg says William hasnโt had any close contact with anyone else at the club since the onset of his symptoms.

The makers of a new app, called the โ#NotMeโ app, believe theyโre giving employees a safe way to report those types of issues. This week marks the third anniversary of the #MeToo movement, which motivated Ariel Weindling to create the #NotMe app. Then, someone told her about the #NotMe app. People can use the #NotMe app to report any kind of misconduct, even including coronavirus (COVID-19) noncompliance.
Package stopped en route to scammer but $9,000 missing when it's returned to Michigan woman
LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. - A 76-year-old lost $9,000 after falling victim to a manipulating scam phone call on Sept. 20. He said, 'Yeah, you're right.'" Barnard said she went to the bank, took out the money and followed the directions the scammer had given her. Put the money in a box and take it to the FedEx store," Barnard said the scammer told her. The package was returned to Michigan, but Barnard said the money wasn't inside the package.

Cleveland police arrest man accused of killing 2 adults, 2 children
Scott Olson/Getty ImagesCleveland police have arrested and charged a man with aggravated murder in a quadruple homicide in which two adults were shot multiple times and two children died of smoke inhalation from a fire. Police found an unresponsive man in a field Tuesday between 8 and 9 a.m., Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said. Police working on a tip went to a nearby home and smelled smoke, so they forced their way inside and found a woman and two children dead, he said. David Cousin Jr., 35, and Takeyra Collins, 25, were both ruled dead of multiple gunshot wounds, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said. Armond Johnson Jr., 6, and Aubree Stone, 2, were found dead inside the home of smoke inhalation.

Nike via CNN(CNN) - Serena Williams appearing on the cover of a fashion magazine isn't exactly news. But William's appearance on the upcoming August cover of Harper's Bazaar is noteworthy because the photos are unretouched. It's seen many female celebrities sharing makeup-free photos of themselves on social media or appearing in magazine photoshoots with the pictures unretouched. The French Tennis Federation's president later introduced a new dress code which banned such form-fitting clothes at the tennis tournament. Williams seemed to brush off that dress code controversy, but many of her fans -- including some famous ones -- called the move sexist.
