St. Louis region announces plan for Rams settlement money
One year after Rams owner Stan Kroenke and the NFL agreed to pay $790 million to settle a lawsuit over the team's departure to Los Angeles, St. Louis interests have announced a plan to split up the money. The office of St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones released details of the plan Tuesday night. The Rams linebacker flattened the protestor who ran on the field with a device emitting pink smoke late in the second quarter of Los Angeles' game against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. Senior quarterback Mac VandenHout threw six touchdown passes and finished 24-of-31 for 324 yards. What made VandenHout’s performance even more impressive was that the game marked his first start at the quarterback position. VandenHout played slot last year for the Rams, who had Zak Ahern quarterbacking the team to an 11-1 record. South Haven football aims to make program history in 2022
SOUTH HAVEN, MI – Not long ago, South Haven was among the state’s least successful football programs, with the Rams losing 29 consecutive games between 2016 and 2020. That seems like a distant memory to the current crop of players, however, and this years Rams team has its eyes on making program history.
