Detroit Pistons point guard Cade Cunningham was one of the only players on the court more than an hour before a recent game, breaking a sweat as if he was trying to keep his job even though his future in Detroit is secure as the No. 1 pick from the 2021 draft.
Harden, Griffin help Nets hold off Pistons 113-111

Harden has triple-double, carries Nets over Pistons 100-95
NEW YORK โ James Harden scored 12 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter and had his ninth triple-double with the Nets to help Brooklyn beat the Detroit Pistons 100-95 on Saturday night. Harden also added 10 rebounds and 10 assists in his 55th triple-double as Brooklyn improved to 26-13 with its 12th win in its last 16 games. Whereas the Nets rolling, the Pistons are stuck in neutral. โIt's a good thing that we're staying close in these games,โ Wright said. โWe have a chance to to extend the lead,โ Wright said.

Detroit was scheduled to host the Spurs at 7 p.m. Tuesday. ESPNโs Adrian Wojnarowski reports the postponement is due to contact tracing and pending test results for the Spurs. Contact tracing and monitoring of coronavirus test results causing postponement, source tells ESPN.

Jerami Grant equaled a career high with 32 points and the Detroit Pistons took advantage of Durant's absence Tuesday night, beating the Brooklyn Nets 122-111. It was the third straight loss for the Nets, who are without Durant because of coronavirus protocols. Grant also tied his career high with 32 points in the loss to the Lakers.
