Witness killed, 2 injured in hit-and-run crash turned shooting
DETROIT – A witness was fatally shot after trying to convince people to stay at the scene of a 3-vehicle car crash Tuesday in Detroit, FOX 2 Detroit reports. However, a 41-year-old Detroit man tried to stop them from leaving the scene. The witness grabbed one of the men, a 21-year-old male passenger, police said. The suspect then allegedly turned around and fatally shot the witness. The witness, a CPL holder, returned fire, resulting in a non-fatal injury to the suspect.mlive.com
Police investigate violent crash in I-94 construction zone in Detroit
DETROIT – Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash Monday at a construction zone on westbound Interstate 94 in Detroit near Van Dyke Avenue. Officials said the driver in a Dodge Challenger was believed to be traveling more than 100 miles per hour before hitting a Chevy Malibu and a utility pole, landing upside down. Detroit man charged in July fatal hit-and-run incident on I-75
DETROIT – Michigan State Police said a Detroit man wanted in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in July was officially charged and arraigned for the incident. Valerian Kobaidze, 32, was arraigned Thursday on charges of operating while intoxicated causing death, fail to stop at accident when in fault resulting in death and reckless driving causing death. The incident happened on July 14 on Interstate 75 southbound near Seven Mile Road. While the case being reviewed, Kobaidze left the state of Michigan and went to New York. State troopers assigned to the Second District Fugitive Team picked Kobaidze up from the New York City Sheriff’s Office Wednesday and brought back to Michigan.
Taylor police search for man in connection to shooting at Century Square Apartments

Woman Wants Owners of Bulldog That Fell Through Sunroof to Pay for Damages
When Winston the French bulldog fell six stories and crashed through the sunroof of a car, he may have been OK, but the car wasn't.
