Michigan State Police investigating double shooting at Inkster motel
INKSTER, Mich. – Michigan State Police detectives responded to the Paradise Inn on Michigan Avenue in Inkster late Saturday, early Sunday morning for a nonfatal shooting. According to authorities, when troopers arrived, they could hear the victims yelling for help. Emergency medical personnel transported a man and a woman to a local hospital, where they are in serious condition. Troopers located who they believe is responsible and he was taken into custody without incident Sunday. Police believe it could have been an armed robbery.
1 person shot, killed outside restaurant in Inkster
INKSTER, Mich. – One person was shot and killed Friday night outside a restaurant on Middlebelt Road in Inkster. Shots were fired at Moe’s Fish & Chicken between Michigan Avenue and Cherry Hill Road. Man shot twice in attempted robbery in Inkster, Michigan state troopers seek culprit
INKSTER, Mich. Michigan State Police are investigating a shooting that happened during an attempted robbery Saturday night. According to authorities, it happened just before 11 p.m. in the 28000 block of Glennwood Street in Inkster, near Inkster Road and Avondale Street. Police said someone pulled a gun on a driver in an attempt to rob people in a truck. Police said the suspect fired at least two shots at the vehicle, hitting only the driver. State troopers are still looking for the culprit.

Michigan State Police said troopers were called about 1:20 a.m. about a shooting. Police said one person was found fatally shot and two other people were rushed to a hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time. Detectives are working to figure out what happened.
Man found fatally shot in SUV in Inkster

The man was shot but is expected to survive, the woman was not injured.
Man shot during argument while walking into Inkster liquor store
INKSTER, Mich. – An argument led to a man getting shot outside an Inkster liquor store Wednesday, police said. Police said the 33-year-old victim was walking into Leon’s Party Store on Inkster Road, just south of Avondale Street, before noon when a man walked up and started arguing with him.
