HARPER WOODS, Mich. – A woman was arrested after leading police on a chase in a stolen Tesla in Metro Detroit.
Police said the woman was test driving the car from a dealership in Troy. Staff notified Troy police and started tracking the vehicle when she failed to return it.
The woman led police on a chase through Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties, eventually being stopped and arrested near Vernier Road and I-94 in Harper Woods.
Michigan State Police were also involved in the chase.
