MIDLAND, MI — Police in Midland are investigating an apparent murder-suicide. About 8:25 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, police went to a residence in the 200 block of Redwood Circle after a father reported his 26-year-old daughter was missing.

A Troy man shot his wife and killed his daughter inside a condo before fatally shooting himself as police approached his vehicle, officials said.

WEXFORD COUNTY, MI – Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in Northern Michigan. According to the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to residence on S. 29 Road in Selma Township at 11:50 a.m. on Valentine’s Day after receiving a report that a man was going to kill his girlfriend and himself. Police have identified them as 57-year-old Todd Edwin-James Green and 37-year-old Diane Justice Palazzolo. There is a history of domestic abuse at the residence shared by the two, police said. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Michigan State Police.

The woman was found dead in the driver’s seat of a parked and running minivan in front of the home, police said. The man and woman both had gunshot wounds, police said.
