DETROIT โ Police are investigating a fatal shooting after a manโs body was found Friday morning on Detroitโs east side. According to authorities, the body of a man was found in the grass near the intersection of Troester Street and Kelly Road just before 9:30 a.m.Police said he had suffered a gunshot wound to his body. Man injured in shooting near Houston Whittier Street, Kelly Road while walking dog, Detroit police say
DETROIT โ Detroit police said a 26-year-old man walking his dog was injured in a shooting in the area of Houston Whittier Street and Kelly Road Sunday evening. Police said the victim was walking in a park at about 5:40 p.m. when an unknown individual fired multiple shots. The victim was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the shooting. Roseville police seeking missing 35-year-old man
ROSEVILLE, Mich. Police are seeking assistance to locate a missing 35-year-old man. Daniel Scott Bunn was last seen around 1 p.m. on Tuesday at his residence near Frazho and Kelly roads. Bunn is described as standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds and having brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, police said. Bunns family members say the man is depressed and they are concerned for his welfare, police report.
Detroit police seek missing 74-year-old man with dementia
DETROIT Police are looking for Ravnell Cooper, a 74-year-old man last seen Friday night at his residence in the 16000 block of Fairmount Drive, east of Gratiot Avenue, west of Kelly Road. Cooper is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and was last seen wearing a gray button-up shirt, gray shorts and black sandals. He is reportedly in good physical condition, but suffers from dementia. Detroit man faces up to 10 years in prison for Harper Woods burglary, police say
HARPER WOODS, Mich. โ A Detroit man is facing up to a decade in prison in connection with a string of business burglaries in Harper Woods, police said. Numerous businesses on Kelly Road were targeted and burglarized in the fall of 2019, according to authorities. Detectives gathered evidence from the scenes and identified Antonio Gamble as a suspect, officials said. He was charged at 32-A District Court with breaking and entering a building with intent. A preliminary examination is scheduled for April 15 at 32-A District Court.

She then drove about 100 yards down the road to near the intersection of Houston Whittier Street and Hayes Street. Someone went to the Detroit Police Departmentโs 3rd Precinct and said they shot and killed someone. Detroit police are working to figure this out.
Video shows Roseville police officers defusing domestic dispute
ROSEVILLE, Mich. - Police have released dash and body camera footage of a dangerous domestic dispute. Roseville police responded to a home on Masonic, near Kelly Road. Senaj King is seen on video holding a gun, standing just a few feet from an officer. The Roseville officers opened fire. Unsure if he still has a weapon, body cam video shows officers carefully approaching the side door of the home.

He is now in the hospital being treated for minor injuries.

Emergency sinkhole repairs underway in Eastpointe, Fraser
FRASER, Mich. - Emergency repairs started Tuesday after two sinkholes opened up in Fraser and Eastpointe. The drain, which services Eastpointe and St. Clair Shores, runs east to west into Lake St. Clair. (Photo: MCPWO)The other sinkhole, a hole with about an eight-foot diameter, is on Kingston Street, a residential street in Fraser south of 14 Mile Road and West of Utica Road. In both places, our partners in the Eastpointe and Fraser departments of public works worked with us to identify these problems. We fix 'em," said Macomb County Public Works Commissioner Candice S. Miller.
