Redistricting commission must release secret legal memos, Michigan Supreme Court rules

Michigan’s independent redistricting commission will have to make public seven legal memos members were provided during the mapping process, as well as materials from an Oct. 27 closed session, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled Monday.
