DETROIT -- Police are on the hunt for a pair of suspects who were seen on video ambushing a car at a gas station Monday and shooting into the car, killing a mother and father who had their child in the back seat at the time. According to Fox 2 Detroit, the shooting took place around 8:40 p.m. at the Marathon gas station near Ashton and W. Warren. The video, shared on the Detroit Police Department’s Twitter page shows the suspects car parked at a gas pump when two men run into the frame and each goes to one side of the car. As one suspect approaches the passenger side, they can been seen pointing at the car before the video cuts off. Police say after being shot the victim stumbled a short distance through the parking lot and collapsed on the ground. Then the shooter returned to the Dodge Charger while the second armed carjacker ran east through the parking lot to an unknown area. DETROIT – Police have been searching for a murder suspect following a high-speed chase on Interstate 94. Police said the suspect is connected to a deadly shooting in Romulus. The chase started in Romulus onto I-94. The driver eventually got off the freeway at Chene Street before crashing the car and the two occupants inside took off. WESTLAND, Mich. – Westland police are searching for five people wanted in connection with an armed robbery that happened around 4 p.m. on Oct. 17. The robbery took place after the victim, a 63-year-old resident of Westland, walked into a gas station located at 38350 Ford Road in Westland. Detroit police seek two men wanted in connection with double non-fatal shooting
DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two men wanted in connection to a non-fatal shooting that happened on the city’s east side. The first suspect was seen exiting the vehicle and firing shots, striking the two victims, a 22 year old man and 42-year-old woman. Police say the first suspect re-entered the vehicle and both suspects fled the scene. He was armed and last seen wearing a black T-shirt, shorts, and light-colored shoes. The second suspect is described as a black male, and was last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweater.
