Man crashes car into Detroit gas station after fatally wounded in drive-by shooting
DETROIT – Police are looking for a man who was caught on video firing several shots into another vehicle outside a gas station, killing the driver of the vehicle on Friday morning. According to Detroit police, the victim was sitting in the driver’s seat of a silver Ford Fusion parked at a gas pump in the 10600 block of E. Outer Drive. Police said the Chevrolet drove away after shooting at the vehicle, but then returned and fired several more shots into the Ford Fusion, fatally wounding the man, whose identity is unknown. After the victim was struck, his Ford Fusion accelerated forward and crashed into the wall of the gas station building. Police said the shooter was seen wearing a light colored jacket, dark colored hat and light colored face mask.

Police seek suspects in series of burglaries on Detroit’s east side
Police are looking for four men wanted in connection with a series of businesses broken into Jan. 6, 2020. DETROIT – Police are looking for four men wanted in connection with a series of burglaries and businesses broken into early Wednesday morning. According to authorities, between 2:50 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., several Detroit businesses were broken into. Police said a gas station near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Mt. Police described the suspects as four Black men who were driving a white Dodge Charger with two black racing stripes on it.

Detroit man charged in connection with deadly gas station shooting
DETROIT – Detroit resident Keyon Wilson-Ollis, 22, has been charged in connection with a Seven Mile and Woodward gas station shooting that left one dead and two injured on Dec. 23. According to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, during the shooting the suspect allegedly killed a 37-year-old man. A 41-year-old woman and 17-year-old man were also shot, but survived. Detroit police seeking man in connection with assault at gas station on Mack Avenue
DETROIT – Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man in connection with a felonious assault on Detroit’s east side. Detroit Police said that at about 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, a male victim was at a gas station in the 14400 block of Mack Avenue and initiated a conversation with the alleged suspect. The suspect then walked out of the gas station and entered the passenger side of an Audi SUV. Police said prior to leaving the gas station, the alleged suspect pushed the victim in the face and then fled the area, heading west on Mack Avenue. The suspect is described as a Black man in his late teens to early 20s, slim build, wearing a black face mask.

VIDEO: Farmington Hills gas station shot up, police seek shooter
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at a Farmington Hills gas station Saturday night. Police said it happened just before 11:45 p.m. at the Shell gas station located near the intersection of Northwestern Highway and Middlebelt Road. The suspect vehicle fled eastbound on Northwestern Highway. Surveillance video from the gas station can be seen above. Detroit police seek man who set off fireworks inside gas station on city’s west side
DETROIT – Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who set off fireworks inside a gas station in the 19800 block of West McNichols Road. Detroit police said the man walked into the gas station at about 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 3. A surveillance video showed the man lighting a box of fireworks before running out of the building. The fireworks reportedly caused damage to the ceiling tiles inside the business. Security camera captures video of deadly shooting at River Rouge gas station
RIVER ROUGE, Mich. – A security camera captured video of a River Rouge gas station shooting that left a man dead earlier this week. The video shows three people getting out of a silver Chrysler 300, walking over to another and firing shots around 6 p.m. Monday at the gas station on Visger Road between Jefferson Avenue and Fort Street. His family identified him as Alex Minor, of River Rouge. The owner of the gas station, Emad Saleh, said the gunmen then sped up the street to get to Minor’s girlfriend, who was in another car with children inside. Detroit gas station shoot-out kills 1, injures another
DETROIT – Police are investigating a verbal altercation that led to a deadly shooting at a Detroit gas station on Wednesday. At about 10:20 p.m. occupants inside of a silver Ford Taurus engaged in a verbal altercation with occupants inside a black Ford Fusion in the 15200 block of 7 Mile Road near Hayes Street, police said. The altercation led to a shoot-out between the passengers of both vehicles. Two men who were standing near the vehicles at the time of the shooting were struck by gunfire, police said. Detroit police seek suspect in nonfatal shooting at gas station on city’s west side
DETROIT – Police are asking for help locating a suspect wanted in connection to a nonfatal shooting that happened on Detroit’s west side. Police said the shooting happened on Monday at 10:30 p.m. at a gas station in the 20500 block of West 7 Mile Road. The suspect escaped in a 2017 Ford Focus that had damage on the rear of the vehicle. He was last seen wearing a black Nike short sleeve shirt, black shorts, and black and white gym shoes. Police search for killer after more than a dozen shots fired at Detroit gas station
DETROIT Police are looking for a killer on Detroits west side after more than a dozen shots were fired at a gas station. Witnesses said at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday Bernard Holmes, 60, was involved in an argument with another man at the Marathon gas station at West Chicago and Meyers Road in Detroit. One witness said they saw the men chasing each other around the gas pumps while holding the gas nozzles. Man wanted for robbery at Detroit gas station
DETROIT The Detroit Police Department is seeking the publics assistance in locating a man wanted in connection to an armed robbery that happened on the citys west side. On Monday at around 11 a.m. the man approached the 40-year-old male victim at the Sunoco Gas Station located in the 12000 block of Grand River and announced a robbery. The man took jewelry, sunglasses and an unknown amount of money from the victim and escaped in a dark blue Dodge Caravan with a North Carolina plate number of EAT-9646. Police say the victim was not injured. Police say the man was last seen wearing a black Lacoste shirt with a white Lacoste emblem on the front, black jeans and armed.

ROMULUS, Mich. – A gas station clerk in Romulus was nearly killed in a brutal beating, but she’s alive to tell her story because of her quick thinking. She was taking a quick smoke break when he came back. “There was blood splattered all over the ceiling, the walls, everywhere, he hit me in the head with the hammer so many times,” Wood said. He started taking her to the back of the store, toward the dumpster outside. He didn’t leave the scene -- but the phone sitting on the counter led police to the gas station.
