More than 15 Ann Arbor-area football players earned Michigan High School Football Coaches Association All-Region honors for their efforts this fall. Saline led the area with six selections followed by four from Ann Arbor Huron in Division 1 and four from Chelsea in D3, while Dexter had three players chosen in D2. Meet the All-SEC boys soccer teams for 2021

ANN ARBOR – It was another exciting regular season for Southeastern Conference Red and White division boys soccer teams this fall. Now that the postseason is well underway, it’s time to look back on the top players from the SEC-Red and SEC-White during the regular season, which were won by Ann Arbor Pioneer and Pinckney, respectively. F&B Utility Workers are required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment. F&B Utility Workers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment including but not limited to steamers, ovens, mixers, grills, and dishwashing equipment. Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere is maintained in the kitchen at all timesPerform any opening and closing side work as requiredMaintain store rooms and refrigerators and ensure they are kept cleanEnsure at all times that food safety guidelines and company food quality standards are adhered toComplete time and temperature control logs on a daily basis for HACCP complianceMaintain positive attitude in high stress situationsOperate dish washing machine – set-up, load, run and remove clean dishes once process is completeMaintain dish washing machine cleanliness – ensure filters are frequently enteredPlace clean dishes on correct shelves ready to be used againManually hand wash and scrub pots to ensure they are thoroughly cleanedKeep all kitchen floors swept and mopped at all timesEmpty all trash cans and keep trash dumpster areas cleanUtility Workers may be required to work through the night deep cleaning all kitchen equipment, trash cans, walls, tables and floors during closed restaurant hours (10 pm – 6am)Report any safety hazards or unsafe conditions and practices to manager immediatelyAssist with any FOH needsReport to work in proper uniformMust be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule
