Questions remain as investigation continues into death of Ann Arbor-area teen
ANN ARBOR, MI – Police are not yet releasing information on the investigation into how an Ann Abor-area teen disappeared from school and was found days later dead on school property. The cause and manner of Davidson’s death, however, are pending the results of an autopsy, which the Ann Arbor Police Department said was completed on Tuesday, Jan. 31. As Davidson’s body was found within the Ann Arbor city limits, the Ann Arbor Police Department is investigating her death. Ann Arbor police and the sheriff’s office both have stated there were no signs of foul play in her death, with Ann Arbor police also stating they believe Davidson was alone at the time of her death. The sheriff’s office said Tuesday its investigation is continuing and no further information is being released at this time.

YPSILANTI, MI -- The Eastern Michigan University Police Department is investigating the death of a man found in Pease Park early Monday morning. A deceased man between the ages of 50 and 60 years old was found at Pease Park, located in the 600 block of W. MONROE COUNTY, MI – Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found Monday morning in a Monroe County marsh. Charles Andrew Hayes, 43, of Toledo Ohio, was found dead Feb. 21, in a marsh in Erie Township in the area of Bay Creek Road and Summit Street, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. His body was spotted by a passerby at about 10:40 a.m. and taken to the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy, police said. The investigation is still ongoing and detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death, police said.
