Police are searching for a missing 84-year-old woman named Maria Mavrikakis who was last seen around 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15. Mavrikakis went missing in the 120 block of West Arizona Street in Detroit.

Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl named Ky’Mia Bishop-Parks who was last seen around 9 a.m. Sunday in the 20000 Block of Meyers Road in Detroit.

Officials in Japan say a gush of mud that swept away homes and cars in a resort town southwest of Tokyo has left at least two people dead and about 20 missing.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man named Kevin Partaka who was last seen Sunday, June 27 at a group home in the 300 block of North Saginaw in Pontiac.

Police are searching for a missing 73-year-old woman named Delores Simpson-Hughes.

Detroit police are searching for a missing 12-year-old named Makiyah Pope-Buford who was last seen Sunday at around 11 p.m. in the 3000 block of Eastlawn in Detroit.

The missing man told people that at 8 p.m. on Sunday he was on his way to a CVS Pharmacy in the area.

The Redford Township Police Department is seeking a missing woman named Marishia Gipson who was last seen in the area of West Chicago and Beech Daly.

Police are searching for a missing 23-year-old man who was last seen on Tuesday, May 14 at his mother’s home in the 13800 block of Saratoga in Detroit.

Detroit police are seeking a missing 25-year-old named Malcolm Willis who was last seen on Harper Avenue at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 4.

Police are searching for a missing 66-year-old woman named Debra Moore who was last seen around 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, May 18 in the 17100 block of Prevost in Detroit.

Police are looking for a missing 13-year-old girl named Mahogany Pettaway who was last seen in the 200 block of Chalmers in Detroit at around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 16.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 17-year-old named Minushka Ostrowski who left her Howell area home voluntarily.

DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 36-year-old man named Robert Walker who was last seen Jan. 25 at 4 p.m in the 16800 block of Monica Street in Detroit. According to police, he left his home in the area that day and never returned. He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are searching for a missing 52-year-old man named Scott Caswell who was last seen leaving work on 23 Mile and Mound roads March 11. According to police, Caswell was driving a 2011 white Ford Super Duty with the Florida plate number JXIZ75 northbound on Mound Road. Worthy is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. Worthy went missing wearing a pink body suit and has bright red hair. DETROIT – A 64-year-old man named Darrel Satterwhite has been missing for a month, Detroit police say. According to police, Satterwhite was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2020 at his home in the 2200 block of Highland Street in Detroit. He walked away from his home wearing a brown coat with a pocket on the left sleeve, four pockets in the front and a black pullover jacket underneath. VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are searching for a 37-year-old woman named Carissa Sheffield who went missing around midnight Sunday after walking away from the Rainbow Rehabilitation Center. Sheffield is a patient at the center and disappeared then after getting into a green Ford Flex with two other Black womenShe is described as Black with braided black hair, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs 227 pounds. Police do not have information on what she was wearing at the time. Police warned that Sheffield is vulnerable to risky behavior due to mental health issues that include a closed head injury and schizophrenia. MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – Police are searching for a missing teen named Keairra Lynn Sumerlin who was last seen Monday around 8 p.m. at the Days Inn on 14 Mile Road in Madison Heights. According to police, the 14-year-old girl was staying at the hotel with her family when she left their room. Sumerlin disappeared wearing a red hoodie sweatshirt featuring characters from the cartoon Tom and Jerry along with green pants. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl named Alleysia Johnson who was last seen around 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at her home in the 5000 block of Maxwell in Detroit. She is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has a medium complexion with red hair. Johnson has a tattoo of a rose on her right forearm that features the name Latasha on it. LIVONIA, Mich. – Local 4 has been following the disappearance of D’Wan Sims for nearly 26 years. After years of tips, clues and dead ends, his mother, Dwanna Wiggins moved to North Carolina, where she passed away Monday. “He was never in any of those videos.”Since then, Wiggins moved to North Carolina and denied she had any involvement with her son’s disappearance. About a year ago, a man claimed on social media that he was D’wan Sims. Jones has not been seen or heard from since leaving the location. She is described as being between 4 feet, 11 inches to 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds and has a dark brown complexion. Jones was last seen wearing a black jacket, colorful leggings and tall knee high black boots. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl named Miracle McClain who was last seen Oct. 30 in the 9200 block of Carlin Street in Detroit. McClain left the area on foot and has not been seen or heard from since then. She is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old named Triniti Johnson who was last seen Saturday around 7 p.m. in the 3400 block of Kensington Avenue in Detroit. The teen’s mother says her daughter walked out of the home and got into a dark colored SUV. The teen ran off south on Kensington toward Mack after being pulled out of the vehicle. Police say the driver of the vehicle has been described as a man with a light complexion, slim, 6 feet tall and in his late teens. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 27-year-old named Kiyana Alexander. She was last seen leaving her home in the 16500 block of Oakfield in Detroit at around 6 a.m. on Tuesday. She is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs up to 170 pounds and has a medium brown complexion with long braids in a ponytail. Alexander was last seen wearing black leggings. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old named Travis Thomas who was last seen Oct. 10 around 2:50 p.m. in the 2600 block of Lenox in Detroit. He is described as White, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes. Thomas went missing wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jogging pants, and black flip-flops. DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for a missing 59-year-old man named Marzette LeFlore. He went missing Thursday, Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. after being dropped off to a party store in the area of Eaton and Wyoming. Police say LeFlore never returned back to his home in the 14600 block of Northlawn in Detroit. He went missing wearing a blue cap, gray jacket with a hood, blue jeans and blue Nike shoes. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing teen named Richanna Mosley. The 13-year-old was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 24 around 11 p.m. at her home in the 20400 block of Birwood in Detroit. Police say the teen’s mother was the last person to see her before she disappeared. The teen’s mother believes she ran away between the period of 11 p.m. on Thursday to 9 a.m. Friday. SAGINAW, Mich. – A statewide search has been launched for 87-year-old Saginaw County resident Karl Adam Marker. On Thursday Sept. 17 at around 9:50 a.m. Michigan State Police were sent to a home in Kochville Township to investigate a missing person. He was going to the Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw. INKSTER, Mich. Police are searching for a 13-year-old boy and his 15-year-old brother who are missing from their home in Inkster. An endangered missing advisory has been issued for Kamell Green, 13. He was last seen with his brother, 15-year-old Markell Green, in the 390 block of Amherst Street in Inkster. Kamell is described as a Black boy standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds. DETROIT Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old named Cartier Woods who was last seen by his aunt around 1 p.m. on Thursday. According to a family member, Woods disappeared after walking away from his home in the 17300 block of Warrington in Detroit. Woods is described as 6 feet, around 140 to 160 pounds, has a light complexion, freckles on his face, brown eyes, and short brown hair. DETROIT Detroit police are searching for a 70-year-old man named Larry Hawkins who was last seen in the 19100 block of Lauder around 8:45 a.m. Monday. He was seen leaving the location heading east on West Seven Mile Road. He is described as a Black man, 6 feet tall, about 145 pounds, has brown eyes, and grey hair. Hawkins was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, gray jogging pants, black gym shoes, and carrying a tan coat in his hands. He was reportedly diagnosed with schizophrenia, dementia and is unable to communicate due to a previous stroke.

DETROIT Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old boy named Jeremiah Holliday who was last seen Friday, Aug. 14 around 6:20 p.m. in the 3000 block of Helen in Detroit. He is described as Black, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 157 pounds, has a medium brown complexion, short brown dreaded twist hairstyle, shaved sides, brown eyes and green braces. GROSSE ILE, Mich. A private vigil was held on Monday night for the two men who went missing after a boat capsized in the Detroit River near Grosse Ile on Sunday night around 7:30 p.m.Officials said 14 people were originally onboard the boat when it turned over. Robert Chiles, 52, has been identified as one of the missing men. Hundreds of people attended to honor the lives of the two missing men. He was just the epitome of a wonderful priest.Both men were described as kind men of faith.

GROSSE ILE, Mich. Emergency personnel are searching the Detroit River, just south of Stony Island, after a boat capsized Sunday night. According to authorities, the incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. Police said a boater from Ontario witnessed the incident and was able to province assistance to most of the passengers, but two adults have gone missing. Police said at least nine people were onboard, consisting of adults and children. The search included Grosse Ile Police and Fire crews, the Wayne County Marine Division, Canadian Coast Guard, U.S. Coast Guard and the Downriver Dive Team. The status of the victims and their names have not been released by authorities.

DETROIT Police are searching for Detroit resident Sonya Harris who disappeared shortly after 8 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3. Harris, 45, was last seen at her home in the 2500 block of Montclair in Detroit. She is described as having a light brown complexion, short black Afro hair, weighs 200 pounds and is 5 feet, 6 inches tall. DETROIT – Police are searching for a missing 17-year-old named Shamiya Williams. She was last seen Thursday at around 7:30 p.m. at her home in the 19000 block of Teppert in Detroit. She is described as black, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds and has short reddish blond hair. DETROIT Police are looking for a man who was last seen three weeks ago. Lenard Hunter was last seen by his mother at their residence in 13000 block of Cheyenne. Hunter is described by police as a 40-year-old man with a medium complexion. Hes described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, heavy set, with short black hair and a full black beard.
