BENTON HARBOR, MI – A 33-year-old is dead and another person injured after a fiery crash late Saturday on Main Street in Benton Harbor. Benton Harbor Public Safety officials say officers headed to the area and discovered the black BMW on Main Street at 5th Street overturned and engulfed in flames. The passenger, a 22-year-old, suffered “significant” injuries and was transported to an area hospital, public safety officials said. The crash remains under investigation, and names are being withheld pending family notification and further investigation, Benton Harbor Public Safety officials said. Hanover gets fired up for Fourth of July celebrations
HANOVER, MI -- Folks began lining up Hanover’s Main Street hours before the start of the annual Fourth of July Parade. Hanover once again hosted their Fourth of July Parade in 2022, hosting local police and fire departments, new semi trucks and tractors, as well as locals on floats, bike, and even horse.
