Metro Detroit weather: Fantastic Friday with weekend rain chances
Our Finally Friday, as Brandon calls it (and by the way, he’ll be back Monday!), will end the work week in spectacular fashion with lots of sunshine, low humidity, and highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees (26 to 27 degrees Celsius). Wind will be light…from the north at perhaps 3 to 6 mph.
Metro Detroit weather: Heat Advisory as storms loom
It’s double trouble for Metro Detroit on this Wednesday. Happy Hump Day! The best part of our day will be the morning hours, the best and safest for any kind of working out or working outside. Temperatures are in the middle 60s to near 70 degrees as you hit the road with dry conditions throughout the morning across SE Lower Michigan and Southern Ontario. Now, it’s time to talk about that trouble coming our way.
Metro Detroit weather: Not as hot with showers within reach
Good Wednesday morning! It’s starting to feel a little nicer out there after a cold front came through late Tuesday leaving Metro Detroit temperatures in the middle and upper 60s as you head out today. Conditions are mostly dry even though clouds are pouring in here with just a few very light rain showers here and there through the morning drive on this Hump Day. We will be on the fringe of showers and shower chances the next few days and today is no exception.
Metro Detroit weather: Clear skies for tonight’s Ford Fireworks
Happy Monday morning Metro Detroit! I know, I know. At least temperatures have moved into the comfortable zone after a cold front came through here late Sunday and a second cool front moves through this morning. Temperatures are in the upper 50s to low 60s as you head out to begin the work week or take that morning bike ride, walk, or jog. The skies are mostly clear as you head out so grab those sunglasses and maybe throw a sweatshirt in the mix if you’re planning on staying downtown for the return of the Ford Fireworks in Detroit tonight. We will broadcast the great show on Local 4 if you are staying home.
Metro Detroit forecast: Summer-like weather arriving early
Tuesday (May 10) feels and looks like summer the rest of the afternoon and this evening. Clouds increase Tuesday night with a slight chance of wet and stormy weather to our west; Wednesday and the rest of the week will be just as warm or warmer with sunshine returning. There is a better chance of showers and storms this weekend.
