According to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect stabbed five people at the hookah lounge including a 32-year-old man, two 31-year-old men and a 25-year-old man who are all from Dearborn. DETROIT – Dearborn resident Taha Shitawi, 34, has been charged in connection with a stabbing spree that took place at a hookah lounge in the 6700 block of Greenfield Road in Detroit around 4:41 a.m. on Sunday. Two 21-year-old men charged after stabbing in Port Huron
PORT HURON, Mich. – Two 21-year-old men have been charged after an argument over a vehicle led to the stabbing of a 37-year-old man in Port Huron, officials said. Port Huron police said a 37-year-old Burtchville Township man arrived at the Lake Huron Medical Center at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 24). He told police that he had gotten into an argument with Devin Michael Convery, 21, of Port Huron, in the 1600 block of Jay Street, according to authorities. Convery’s friend, Joshua Davis Schreibman, 21, from Madison Heights, got involved in the argument and stabbed the 37-year-old man multiple times, police said. He was arrested there by officers from the Madison Heights Police Department and transported to the St. Clair County Intervention Center, officials said.

DETROIT – A Detroit woman is accused of stabbing her husband with a sword during an argument, leaving him and the weapon on the floor of their home, according to authorities. During the argument, Moore grabbed a sword and seriously cut her husband several times, police said. MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A man suspected of stabbing another man was arrested after leading police on a chase on Interstate 94. The incident on Tuesday began in Clinton Township on North Avenue. Police said the man is believed to have stabbed a man multiple times. He was later spotted on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield Township on and tried to outrun police. A video of the chase obtained by Local 4 showed the man swerving on the shoulder of I-94.

DEARBORN, Mich. – Police shot and killed a 43-year-old man on Sunday while responding to a domestic violence call at a Dearborn apartment. Haddad says an officer shot and killed the 43-year-old man who was repeatedly stabbing the woman in the bathroom of the apartment. The Dearborn woman was not shot during the incident, but she suffered from critical injuries from the stabbing, according to officials. The 43-year-old man, also from Dearborn, was reportedly wanted for multiple felonies and was a parole absconder. According to authorities, without the work of the first responders, the Dearborn woman would have died at the scene.

Man dies 1 month after mask-related stabbing at Dimondale convenience store
Police say at about 6:47 a.m. on that day, Sean Ruis, 43, of Grand Ledge, entered the convenience store in Dimondale without wearing a mask. Ruis was also reportedly denied service for his failure to comply with face mask requirements, police said. Police say Ruis was fleeing the scene of the stabbing in Dimondale and was located by an Eaton County deputy about 30 minutes later in Delta Township. The Eaton County deputy was not injured during the altercation. “It’s very unfortunate she had to use her weapon, but she had to save her life,” Eaton County Sheriff Tom Reich said.
